The pipe bending machine mainly adopts the winding pipe bending process, that is, clamping the straight segment of the pipe fitting, and the plastic deformation of the pipe fitting is caused by the rotation of the bending die. The winding pipe bending process can easily add various measures to the pipe bending die to obtain better pipe fitting quality.
Another pipe bending process is roll bending. The principle is that the bending die stays at rest and the bending wheel moves in a circle along the center of the bending die to make the pipe fittings plastic deformation. This pipe bending process has limitations in the selection of pipe fitting specifications and is applicable to small-diameter pipe fittings.
Still have a kind of dynamic bending process, commonly known as the "top" bending process, because it is belong to the special plane, material specification limits, pipe length is limited, at the same time, the bending Angle, bending radius, rotation Angle and other parameters are fixed, so, relative to other pipe bending process, it is stable, the efficiency is very high also, this kind of tube bending process is suitable for small diameter pipe in mass production.However, once the structure of the product is adjusted, the top bending equipment will be scrapped.So in the selection of bending process, the product development maturity requirements are very high.

This specification is applicable to the section of pipe bending and is used to guide the process of inspecting the quality of pipe bending
(1) When adjusting the mold of bending pipe, the end of bending pipe with modeling size must be protected, and the modeling size is not allowed to be destroyed.When the first piece is inspected, the modeling dimension must be in good condition.
(2) Properly control the speed when bending the pipe to prevent the hard pipe from cracking, wrinkling and serious deformation.(Visual inspection)
(3) Measurement of bending deformation.
After bending, select the position with the maximum deformation and measure the size of
the short shaft with vernier caliper. The calculation formula is as follows: deformation = (pipe diameter - short shaft m)/pipe diameter X 100% For hard pipes with wall thickness ≥1.0, the deformation is ≤10%;For wall thickness & LT;Hard tube 1.0, deformation ≤15%.
(4) The hard pipe after bending should be able to easily put into the bend tester, do not use hard force into the positioning slot of the bend tester.
Force analysis: in the bending process, the pipe wall on the back side of the bending is stretched and thinned, while the concave surface of the bending is compressed and thickened.Because the compressive property of metal material is better than the tensile property, the pipeline is generally stretched.Pipe bending concave and convex direction force, side no force, pipe section ellipse.
quality requirements
Even bending, should not have creases;
Control the maximum and minimum outer diameter difference of elbow section (5% ~ 10% of outer diameter before bending);
Control the difference between the thickness of pipe wall before and after bending (special pipe ≤ 10% of the thickness of pipe wall before bending or generally ≤15%);
Control (special pipe ≤ 1.5mm /m, when L exceeds 3 m, △≤5 mm;Generally ≤3mn/m, when L exceeds 3.m, △≤10mm.
quality assurance measures
(1) The bending pipe adopts positive tolerance. When the negative tolerance is adopted, the wall thickness of the pipe before bending should be 1.06~1.25 times of the design wall thickness. The smaller the bending radius is, the larger the multiple is.
(2) Bending radius of high pressure steel tube & GT;Pipe diameter 5 times, other & GT;3. 5 times.
(3) When the welded steel pipe is bent, the weld shall avoid the tension and compression zone.
The heat treatment temperature of steel tube after bending is 600~650°C, and the
heating rate, constant temperature time and cooling rate should be controlled according to the specification.
