Before manufacturing, it is necessary to understand the purpose of the prototype. In this way, we can choose the right material to realize the function of the prototype. And the material is decided by the designer, our company can't decide what material to use. CNC machined materials
CNC machining materials mainly include plastic and metal plate。
Plastic materials include ABS, PC, PMMA, PA, PE, PP, POM, PS, PEEK, PPS, PVC, PTFE, HDPE, EPP and Bakelite materials. 
Metal materials include carbon steel, copper (brass, copper), titanium alloy, aluminum alloy (6061, 6082, 2025, 6061, 5052, 7075), stainless steel (201, 202, 303, 304, 316). Click CNC materials to get a more details

SLA, SLS materials
The material used for SLA laser rapid prototype are Somos 14120, Somos 8000 and C-UV 9400. The common characteristic of these materials is that their properties are similar to ABS.
The materials used for SLS powder sintering are FP1230, FS3400GF and FS3200PA. FP12300 and FS3400GF are nylon materials containing a certain proportion of fiber glass
There are many different types of polyurethane casting materials, which have similar properties with other different materials. When processing more than 10 samples, we suggest that customers tell us the name of the engineering material and do not need the model of polyurethane casting material.
PU-8550 -- Properties similar to PP
PU-2180 -- Properties similar to PA
Pu-XU50 -- Properties similar to POM
Pu-PX527 -- Properties similar to transparent PCS
Pu-PX521 -- Performance similar to transparent PMMA
PU-8400 -- Similar to rubber in performance
PU-6160LS - similar to high temperature resistant material at 200℃

Metal sheet material
The common used materials for sheet metal processing include cold rolled sheet (SPCC), hot rolled sheet (SHCC), galvanized sheet (SGCC), electrolytic plate (SECC) and stainless steel plate.

All kinds of pipe raw materials
