We are committed to rapid prototyping and small-batch production to provide high quality rapid prototypes to our customers around the world. Bordersun has won high level of affirmation and trust from customers after 15 years of development and cooperation. Our customers can obtain high quality prototypes for new product ID verifcation and functional testing.
In 2008, our company invested in Dongguan Jinmaoyuan Hardware Manufacturing Co., Ltd. and Dongguan Airx Plastic Mold Co., Ltd., which extended the scope of our services to CNC machining in metal and plastic, sheet metal forming, 3D printing, polyurethane casting (vacuum casting), RIM casting and rapid mold for small-batch production. With the continuous improvements of process technology, Bordersun has invested in several capable prototype manufacturers and formed one-stop production facilities including surface treatment (screen/pad printing, painting,electroplating, etc,). Therefore, we can finish all prototype samples within 7 days after receiving your CAD files.
Over the years, Bordersun has continued to expand the business to oversea markets in US, Canada, Germany, Australia, Japan, Israel, France, Brazil, Switzerland and Italy. Our service has also been recognized and praised by customers in these countries.
