ABS will deform in 85℃. However, some customers require the prototype can be temperature resistant in 200℃. At this moment, CNC Machining PA Prototype (PA66 + 30% GF) is the choice. It is suitable within 230℃. If the temperature is over 300℃, then PPS is recommended. PPS will not deform within 350℃. The type of material is determined by environment that the prototype will be used.
CNC Machining PA Prototype cannot be used with glue, so it is not recommended to manufacture separately. To ensure the strength of prototype, the CNC prototype has to be finished at once according to the size. Therefore, when manufacture the prototype, it is dispensable to familiarize the advantages and disadvantages of material, then we can make perfect prototype.
